Located in the Madrigal Business Park, the core of Alabang’s financial district, this 14-storey office building is enveloped in aluminum cladding and reflective green glass. With a commanding site situated at the corner of two major arteries, the dominant massing of the building follows the contour of the site with a facade that curves slightly from end to end.

The design shows a harmonious composition of vertical and horizontal forms and masses with features varying in texture, punctuated windows, curtain wall and curved aluminum sunscreens. The building’s location and design establishes an outstanding presence on the skyline.
