The Capital House is a 26-storey office tower to rise at the corner of 34th Street and 9th Avenue in the burgeoning Bonifacio Global City. It will accommodate the office requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Its façade is an interesting juxtaposition of concrete in either gray or beige tones and glass, while the podium level is emphasized by vertical fins in dark grays, which bears the name of the building in a striking contrast of white.
Entrance to the development is via a circular drop-off that leads to either the main lobby or to parking. There are several Retail spaces at the ground level, intended for its tenants and guests, with opportunity for alfresco dining thru its retail spillover spaces. Parking is either underground, for guests and retail, or at the podium levels for tenants.
Office units can either be a single or multi-tenant, since the modules can be combined to form bigger cuts. Big unit cuts are strategically located at the corner.
Interestingly, the tower features an amenity level at the 8th Floor which has a cafeteria for the tenants that opens out into an outdoor amenity deck. In addition, there is a private cafeteria/function room and several other function rooms so that tenants don’t have to go far for their seminars and events.
Lastly, there is another function room at the roofdeck that leads out into the view deck. This level is landscaped and will thus provide a relaxed ambiance for tenants and guests.
