Designed as the pioneer office building in Cebu’s premier business district, this 9-storey office headquarters offers a distinctive design using traditional materials of concrete and glass. The complex interweaving of horizontal and vertical concrete forms combined with recessed window panels makes this building an interesting assemblage of architectural elements.

The ground level pedestrian access is spanned longitudinally by a floating concrete canopy. Building entrance is presented with a modest high-ceiling lobby, while, the 7th floor offers a terrace covered by an imposing cantilevered concrete plate.
