The IMEZ BPO Building is designed to efficiently support the burgeoning call center industry and make it of global standards.

The IMEZ has four office floors, which can accommodate either single or multiple tenants. The Ground Floor is comprised of retail facilities for the needs and convenience of its users/tenants. This low-rise structure is easy to construct leading to fast turnover and immediate occupancy.

The façade marries the clean and straight lines of modern style, through its concrete-glass façade, and the rustic ambiance of Cebu, through its brick cladding.
