Originally a landscaped plaza for the existing 20-year old Citibank building, it offered itself as the site for a new 2-storey banking hall for the new Citibank headquarters.

Built above the existing below-grade parking floor which extends over the entire property, this new banking hall is incorporated to the main lobbies of the existing Citibank building as well as the new Citibank tower. A blue signage band wraps around the building which gives prominence to the structure.
