One Park Drive is Avida Land’s first venture into office buildings, having been known for its residential developments projects. What sets this project apart from other office buildings is that is caters to a “boutique” type of office units, targeting small to medium-sized offices.

The design inspiration of the structure is a jewelry box - a box that consists of boxes of different identities. The structure stands at 20 floors – 6 floors of parking above ground, an amenity level at the 8th floor and several office floors. Each of these office units will cater to different businesses; bigger unit cuts are strategically located at the corners of the “box”.

The Ground Floor houses several Retail shops that will definitely be a hit to its future occupants and visitors. A retail arcade/corridor envelopes these retail shops.
