The 1 Proscenium is located in the new mixed-use development in Rockwell Center, The Proscenium. This office tower complements the development’s five residential towers, a performing arts theatre with museum, and retail spaces.

Rising 21 floors, this office tower displays a sleek design with a narrow base curving outward then straight. Such form is definitely not a shoebox office tower consistent with Carlos Ott’s iconic shapes. The glass and aluminum cladding makes this tower even more eye-catching. The white aluminum fins on the corners and the sail-like crown at the top match the overall look of The Proscenium development.

For single tenants, the office size ranges from 387 to 548 sqm. For double tenants, the size ranges from 180 to 261 sqm. There are a total of four elevators, which ensure speedy and efficient vertical transportation. The Ground Floor has a double-volume ceiling, creating a very welcoming and spacious entry. An escalator leads guests and tenants to a restaurant overlooking the grand lobby.

Apart from these features, 1 Proscenium is also a LEED-Certified building, making it indeed “beautiful”, inside and out.
