ARTIST'S RENDITION OF GROUND FLOOR CANOPY

After its successful office project in the Rockwell Business Center (RBC) in Ortigas, Rockwell Land is now venturing in its second office development - the RBC Sheridan located in Mandaluyong.

RBC Sheridan echoes the same character as that of RBC – white concrete façade punctured by windows of glass, vertical aluminum fins (in blue), and white horizontal ledges. However, this 2-tower development offers more retail spaces that are located at the Ground and Second Levels. It also features a Podium Deck at the 7th Level, which bridges the two towers, complete with trellised structure and landscape,

In compliance with the city’s ordinance on Green Building requirements, the RBC Sheridan towers feature several operable windows intended to take advantage of natural light and ventilation. Other green features include the use of efficient mechanical system (using VRFs for air-conditioning), efficient lighting system (LED lights), and water-efficient fittings (low water consumption plumbing fixtures).

Typical of other Rockwell developments, the RBC Sheridan is accessorized by greens that render the development with airy and relaxed ambiance.
