Commissioned with a delicate task of renovating and face-lifting a 20-year old 10-storey building, the team was given a design requirement of maintaining the diamond-shaped concrete forms of the existing facade. The solution was to push out the windows to match the sloping surface of the diamond forms and to introduce a building crown of reflective glass curtain wall, which echoes the texture of the new Rufino Tower as well as its neighboring buildings.
