At the north of Metro Manila and a few kilometers away from Clark International Airport, a new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hub will soon emerge – the Skytech IT Park.

Located in a 4.5-hectare property at the heart of Region 3, the project's master plan focuses on integrating ample landscape areas while maximizing useable office space. The project is also climate-sensitive considering natural sun paths by minimizing building surface areas facing direct sunlight. Internal loop roadway is designed with sufficient width and pedestrian-friendly access to eliminate internal traffic congestion while maximizing opportunity for ground floor retail establishments. Project masterplan is also flexibly designed to accommodate future expansions on adjacent property.

The development will consist of six BPO buildings with ground floor retail and several retail kiosks along the landscaped areas. Future developments may include Hotel and Dormitory for tenant use.
