Federal Express, one of the leading courier services in the world, entered into an agreement with SBMA to hold their Asia-Pacific operations hub inside the former American naval base, Subic Base.

PRSP and IEDC were commissioned to renovate and transform an aircraft hangar into Fedex’s operations’ hub and office. Working closely with a team of engineering design experts and Fedex officials, a very effective result of design was achieved and now functions as one of the most important investors in SBMA and a vital cog in Fedex’s Asia-Pacific operations.
