Architect Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners (PRSP)
Overlooking view of marina yacht clubhouse is the Batangas Strait, the only route taken by the navigators from the south going to Manila. Due to its location the design take off Sailboats as concept where the impression of sea, breeze, horizon and sails comes in unison. Sculpturally designed sun baffler for outdoor dining typifies sails. And an overlooking bar towards infinite horizon is almost heaven.
Marina clubhouse eludes the stressful urban lifestyle, in one with the Mediterranean motif of Punta Fuego development. It carries a rustic appearance; wood and Spanish tiles create a natural look. It entails outdoor walking and sightseeing due to its open plan design, very airy and organic, full-length glass imitates outdoors and infinity of horizon. Conscious study in rolling terrain created a varying level of clubhouse rooms that breaks the boring building circulation. Simply a marriage of air, breeze and nature architecturally fuse as one.
