Arbor Lanes is part of what will soon be the new address – the Arca South, a mixed used development that will render what used to be the Food Terminal Incorporated, or FTI, with new vigor and life. Arbor Lanes consists of five residential blocks of buildings occupying a portion of Arca South.

The residential units come in either flat or bi-level units. Units at the ground level have their own private garden and patio.
