The Ayala Malls CITP is a large shopping mall compound within the CITP Complex which includes office towers and a hotel.

As the retail component of this complex, the Ayala Malls CITP consists of two (2) mall buildings connected by bridgeways. These structures house a supermarket, standard retail shops, a fashion walk or bazaar, a food hall, a medical facility, IT/Digital Exchange, dining establishments, and coffee shops. There are also three (3) regular cinemas plus one (1) premium cinema with recliner seats. Such diverse mix will surely elevate the shopping experience of Cebuanos and tourists in the area.

In addition, there are two (2) single-storey detached structures, each of which accommodates six (6) food & beverage establishments. Aptly named the Central Garden Block, these canopied structures are surrounded by grass gardens and tree-lined walkways, promoting breeze and comfortable stroll from one point to the next.

The sensible positioning of these structures, and how they relate to each other through walkways and bridgeways, create an effortless flow - a channeling of energy, in other words a “wadi” – which is the design inspiration for CITP..
