The Edades West is the last development of the Edades Cluster following Edades Suites and Edades Tower and Garden Villa.

The development has 47 physical floors above grade, 2 of which is allocated for parking. It also has 3 basement levels dedicated for utilities and parking. What sets Edades West apart is the structure’s sensitivity to the natural environment specifically sun shading provisions facing the western side to reduce the afternoon heat. The design also considers post pandemic norms such as foyer provisions for each unit and balconies with large sliding doors to accommodate natural air circulation. Significant portions of the building maximizes the vistas by placing floor to ceiling curtainwalls systems with insulated glass covering to minimize heat and noise entering the units.

Edades West carries a world class lobby with a private library at the ground floor together with a 120 pax function room directly accessed from the drop off. It has a heated adult and kiddie pool at the third level with several pocket amenities such as playgrounds, barbeque pits and gazebos. There’s also an indoor gym with a studio for yoga and dance classes.
