The One Rockwell brings sophistication and innovation to condominium living.

Fusing form with function, angles and curves were strategically placed to form the building’s dynamic design. The angled design of East Tower allows play of light and shadows and offers varied vistas from the units. Providing contrast to the angled design, the West Tower’s distinctive curved design allows sweeping views. Although the towers are in contrast of the other, the skillful marriage of the elements created a development that is a feast to the eyes and beautifully co-existing with the neighboring structures.

Another innovation of the One Rockwell is the introduction of Z-Loft design, which offers residents view of both the sunrise and the sunset from the same unit, a first in residential condominium design.
