One of the appeals of Sentrove is its location, being close to Balintawak Cloverleaf and walking distance from the already operational Ayala Malls Cloverleaf.
Interestingly, the irregular shape of the lot is challenging. Taking advantage of the property’s frontage, its two sides are lined with retail shops at the ground level. Because the rear has uneven edges as well, this is utilized for vehicular circulation in order to maximize the middle portions for much needed condo-related spaces and parking. Likewise, the irregular fringes are used for building services and utilities.
Another appeal is that there are two residential towers, positioned at right angle from each other with sufficient distance, ensuring maximization of views, natural light, ventilation, and privacy for all units. The towers are joined at six podium floors, plus an amenity deck shared by all residents. This includes a function room, board room, daycare, and gym. Outside there is a lap pool and gardens. The property’s irregular shape gave way to long, meandering, and looped pathwalks ideal for walking and jogging.
Tower 1 has 37 floors while Tower 2 has 43 floors. The units range from Studio to 3BR. There are also garden units at the Amenity Level which allow a secondary direct access to outdoor amenities.
