The Arton by Rockwell is the first high-end, high rise development within the Katipunan area in Quezon City. With a 1.9 hectare property and about 80% open space that surrounds three residential towers, the Arton features various amenities including a pool for each tower - the central pool having 600 sqm. of pool area, massive outdoor lawns, fitness gym, function rooms, a multipurpose indoor court and designated study/co-working areas per tower among others. The Arton also features a viewing deck above each tower overlooking the Otigas/Libis skyline and Marikina/Antipolo horizon.
Each Tower is composed of several unit sizes: studios, one, two and three bedroom with each tower resting on 5 levels of podium parking.
The Arton follows the neutral hues of Rockwell's The Grove with grey and earth tones to match the tropical atmosphere and surrounding neighborhood setting.
