The Grove is Rockwell Land Corporation’s pioneer residential development outside of Rockwell Center.

The 5.2-hectare property that used to be an industrial site is becoming a breathing space and landscape haven along C-5 Avenue. It comprises of six (6) residential towers with a common podium. It boasts of indoor and outdoor amenities – various pools, jogging paths, badminton/tennis court, basketball court, gym, and a variety of water features and lots of greeneries.

The towers offer various unit types such as flat units, bi-level, Z-loft units as well as Townhomes/Garden Units. They range in sizes - Studio 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, and special 4BR units.

The façade, in neutral and earth-tone palettes, blends well with the lush landscapes and harmoniously mixes with the growing Ortigas-C5 skyline.
