The Vantage at Kapitolyo is Rockwell Primaries’ first high-rise project consisting of two towers inspired by a rustic theme. Rising 32 floors and another rising 34 floors, this development features façade washed in earth colors and white, accented by the natural green of landscape and trees. The juxtaposition of vertical elements and horizontal ledges; of plain walls with grooves and recesses of the balconies; and of smoothness of glass and louvers all contribute to an interesting façade with play of shades and shadows.
