Located at the corner of 5th Avenue and 30th Street, the ground level of this structure stands out in white granite stone finish against the gray color scheme of the entire tower. Several Food & Beverage shops are located at this level and will cater to this tower’s occupants and visitors. Surrounding the structure are covered walkways that will ensure comfort and protection from the weather.

Office units can either be a single tenant at 1,400sqm per floor, or multi-tenant of three (3) at approximately 430sqm each. Vertical transport is divided into two zones – low and high – to ensure efficient movement, an important feature in the BPO industry.
