Santolan Town Plaza is not your typical retail-office development.
It is a community hub for the surrounding neighborhood offering 5 levels of office floors plus a range of retail varieties - from supermarket to food and beverage shops, services, gym, and others – distributed in the arcaded retail and in the retail pavilions. Furthermore, it is designed with the conscious consideration to be complementary with the nearby White Cross Institution.
The challenges of having an irregularly-shaped lot have opened the opportunity to develop a spatial configuration wherein the retail pavilions are located at the heart of the development interconnected by stone pavement, landscape, and/or water features. At the backdrop, and in a seeming embrace of the pavilions, are the arcaded retail shops in 3 levels. The office structure rises from the long section of the property.
With the greens and architecture that is sensitive to the neighborhood and washed in warm colors of earth, beige, brown, and white, Santolan Town Plaza definitely blends well with the surroundings.
