This distinctive modern structure’s primary function is to house one of the influential IT Company here in the country Teleperformance and meeting its global standard.

The structure consists of multi-storey parking levels, office spaces, and retail spaces with alfresco dining areas. It has 2 multi-storey towers, with 11 and 15 storeys respectively. Each floor encourages mobility of space and its engineering systems support BPO functions and operations.

The strategically-designed uneven facade surfaces has an impressive treatment of aluminum cladded walls, pylons and fins together with insulated curtain glass walls that further enhances the language of a modern and vibrant structure. This is a Green Building intended to attain LEED certification (Green Building Rating System). It embraces sustainable design and is anchored on maximizing natural light, energy conservation, landscaped deck, careful material selection, and adaptation of innovative wastewater cycling system.
