This landscaped park in the heart of Legaspi Village with its existing lush trees and foliage was developed into a full-grown park with clay-tiled gazebos, meandering path walks basically following the line of the trees within. Tree-shaded sitting areas and small pocket gardens which are just some of the features found in this park offers itself as a definite visual relief to the busy atmosphere in the neighborhood.

The office of the Makati Commercial Estates Association (MACEA) is presently situated inside the park.
