ARTIST'S RENDITION OF VIEW FROM PLAZA

East Bay Retail Block is a version of neighborhood center for the residential community of East Bay Residences, elevated according to Rockwell standard of comfort and convenience.

Comprising of seven (7) Retail Spaces and four (4) Retail Pavilions, these will house food and beverage establishments, service shops, and a supermarket. These are stand-alone retail units that can be expanded by utilizing mezzanine space.

Unlike typical neighborhood centers which are usually a straight-line strip, the pavilions are arranged creating a rotunda, which can easily be converted into an activity area for big events such as weekend markets and other Rockwell activities that promote community spirit and solidarity.

Each pavilion has ample space from the next, creating wide spaces for a leisurely stroll and for alfresco dining or lounging areas. Trellised walkways also help protect the customers from the weather. Abundant greeneries surround these pavilions, blending with Rockwell’s tropical theme for retail outlets. Earth-tone finishes in the architectural spaces and in hardscape areas complete this tropical ambiance.
